Semantic Layer & Metric Definitions

A canonical layer where every business metric is defined exactly once and consumed everywhere downstream. We build it in LookML, dbt's semantic layer, Cube or whatever the BI stack supports, with metric ownership, lineage and tests so a definition change propagates instead of forking across reports. The result is one definition of revenue, retention and CAC that finance, marketing and the board all see the same way.

Dashboard Design & Build

Executive and operational dashboards designed around the actual decisions each role makes weekly. We start by mapping the recurring questions a role needs to answer, then build the views and drill-paths that hold up when those questions get followed up. Operators open them daily and leadership reaches for them in steering meetings, instead of well-meaning artifacts nobody uses by Q3.

BI Platform Setup & Migration

Implementation, configuration or migration of Looker, Tableau or Sigma from the foundations up: access controls, warehouse connections and the LookML / TWB / model files that anchor everything in version control. Whether it's a fresh stand-up or a migration from a legacy tool, we plan the cut-over with parity checks and a redirect strategy so analysts don't lose access to their daily views. A BI platform that doesn't accumulate silent technical debt every time someone makes a change.

Self-Service Enablement

Training, templates and lightweight governance so the team answers most of their own questions without queueing on an analyst. We codify naming conventions, certified content standards and metric ownership patterns that let self-serve scale without producing six versions of revenue. Analysts focus on novel questions, and the business gets answers in hours rather than days.

Embedded Analytics

Customer-facing dashboards and analytics embedded directly into your product, customer portal or partner experience. We design the data model, secure the multi-tenant access pattern and build the visualizations so the experience feels native rather than bolted-on. The result is a product feature your customers use weekly and a sales team with a tangible upgrade path between tiers.

Alerting & Insight Delivery

Alerts and reports pushed to Slack, email or wherever the team already works. Threshold-based, anomaly-based or scheduled, each delivery includes enough context (what changed, which segment, what to check next) that the recipient can act without opening a dashboard. Reaction time improves on the metrics that matter, and the team spends noticeably less time hunting through reports.
